Qualifications

• Four years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and facility structures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, calibrate, and lubricate components to maintain accuracy.
• Identify and replace worn parts before failures occur.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to isolate variations and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with operators and teammates to solve technical issues.
• Assemble hydraulic components and repair electrical assemblies.
• Document inspections, repairs, and parts in CMMS.
