SURGE Staffing is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a night-shift role in a manufacturing environment. This position involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, hands-on repair experience, and a desire to grow in industrial maintenance. Training on first shift precedes the regular night shift, with a three-day weekly schedule and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with interest in equipment maintenance.
• Experience using hand tools safely.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Prefer previous maintenance or manufacturing experience.
• Willing to train on first shift before night shift.
• Strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
