Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, Arkansas is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist (Loading Tech) to maintain and operate a high-speed ammunition production line on a 12-hour rotating night shift. The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in industrial maintenance; experience with PLCs, schematics, and measurement tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; able to read process instructions and communicate in English.
• 2 years of verifiable maintenance experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Must pass written comprehension and mechanical aptitude tests; safety training and 5S standards practiced.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and PdM to increase equipment reliability and uptime.
• Document checks, services and repairs to maintain warranties and compliance.
• Perform repairs on facilities, systems, or components as required.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled, high-speed production equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Support 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts.
