Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Supervisor for Nights at the Houston plant. The role oversees the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput while leading a team across a rotating 12-hour schedule.

The supervisor will coach staff, manage staffing and training, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to meet deadlines. Candidates should have strong leadership, safety mindset, and a track record of improving productivity.

• Coaches and develops team members; supports recruitment and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve downtime and optimize line performance.
