Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Batching Supervisor (Nights) to oversee daily production floor operations and ensure safety, quality, and throughput targets are met. You will collaborate with the Batching Manager, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

This role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, and a commitment to GMP and food safety standards. The Jacksonville plant offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years experience in position.
• 4 years experience managing people/projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.
• 6 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment (preferred).
• 6 years experience working in position (preferred).
• 6 years experience managing people/projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily activities of assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicates with the previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities.
• Prepares for scheduled changeovers and assists with batching.
• Verifies discrete jobs in Oracle and related systems.
• Supports production reports and analyzes line downtime.
• Coaches and develops team members and handles recruitment and performance reviews.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and changeover materials for production runs.
• Leads safety meetings and promotes a safe working environment.
