You will manage shift operations on a 2-3-2 pitman schedule, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong background in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Solid knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of procedural improvements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to ensure efficiency.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma methods to optimize processes.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks to uphold high standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for planning and scheduling.
