Niagara Bottling in Pittsburgh seeks a Production Operator Lead to support nightly production on a 2-2-3 shift. You will work with the Production Supervisor to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets while coordinating with prior shifts.

Qualifications

• 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• 4 years in a lead/leadership role.
• Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities and safety.
• Communicate shift status and issues from prior shift.
• Conduct safety, housekeeping, and quality checks on shift.
• Assist with changeovers and raw material inventories.
• Verify BOMs and batch minerals as applicable.
• Prepare hourly or end-of-shift production reports.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards.
