Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily on the production floor to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards and maintain housekeeping.
• Maintain raw material levels to minimize downtime and assist in multiple production areas.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as demand dictates.
