Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Production Operator for the night shift to manage daily production floor operations and meet safety, quality, and throughput goals. The role requires strict adherence to GMP and food safety standards and accurate hourly reporting.

The position emphasizes maintaining clean production areas, managing raw materials, and being capable of working a rotating 12-hour schedule as needed by production demands.

Qualifications

• Adheres to safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Completes quality and production reports hourly.
• Reports defects to shift leadership.
• Performs GMP and Food Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) according to safety and quality standards.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports.
• Inspect products visually to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas and assigned zones.
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
