Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some post-secondary education preferred in Business Management or Manufacturing.
• 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate shift activities, enforce safety rules and drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacturing and material handling on a shift; trains and supervises hourly employees; enforces plant rules and procedures.
• Manages work schedules and overtime; coordinates cost reviews related to labor and manufacturing.
• Maintains quality standards to meet customer and internal specs; leads continuous improvement.
• Stops machines as needed to address safety or quality issues; communicates with Site Manager and QA.
