Qualifications

• 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational education preferred.
• Ability to train hourly employees and manage overtime.

Responsibilities

• Directs the manufacturing and material handling activities on a given shift.
• Trains and supervises hourly employees; enforces plant rules and procedures.
• Schedules and controls overtime; optimizes manpower, machinery and materials.
• Maintains product quality and stops machines when safety or quality issues arise.
• Ensures safe working conditions and participates in the Plant Safety Committee.
• Oversees team development, mentoring, and performance management.
