Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. in Franklin, IN, seeks an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in the Building Envelope division. You will ensure safe, compliant production, coordinate across departments, and drive efficiency to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Required Work Experience: At least three years of supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Travel Requirements: NA

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean production environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for the production department
• Maintain production schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responds to employee questions
• Work closely with Plant staff on continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervision of employees, planning and assigning work, adjusting schedules to meet production requirements, analyzing and resolving work problems, and inspecting materials to verify conformance with standards
• Maintains production records and ensures employees complete records correctly and in a timely manner
• Evaluates and trains staff by coaching, administering discipline, training, and development on the job
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
