Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience desired.
• Position is a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all employees on their assigned shift.
• Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline staff up to termination.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development activities with HR; ensure required training is completed.
• Assess readiness for promotion and identify candidates for vacancies.
• Motivate and coach staff with clear communication and performance feedback; arrange additional training as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and legal requirements; maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Set shift goals and meet production targets daily; learn and perform the Group Leader role efficiently.
