Job summary

Petit Pot is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor (Night Shift) at our Emeryville, CA facility. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the line, while guiding operators and coordinating shift priorities.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience on a production line in a manufacturing setting, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising on a production line.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work full-time including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the night shift.
• Ensure schedules are met with safety and quality.
• Coach and motivate production operators.
• Manage timecards, PTO, and break compliance.
• Monitor safety, GMP, and quality standards.
