Star Staffing is seeking a Production Supervisor for a night shift in California. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and meeting production goals.

You will lead a production team, ensure SOPs and GMPs are followed, monitor efficiency and downtime, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. ESL/Spanish skills are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive production or manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Food, dairy, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities and ensure schedules and production goals are met.
• Supervise, coach, and support production employees.
• Manage staffing, assignments, attendance, and schedule changes.
• Monitor production, labor efficiency, waste, yield, and downtime.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, and HR to resolve issues.
• Ensure SOPs, GMPs, food safety, quality, and safety requirements are followed.
