Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to oversee nightly production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, quality, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a supervisory manufacturing role, with GMP experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proven GMP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Experience driving continuous improvement.
• Proficient in safety management and sanitation.
• Excellent leadership and team management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Night shift availability and ability to handle physical demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production during night shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement GMP to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment operation, and material supply.
• Develop policies to optimize productivity and compliance.
