Amcor is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the assigned production department, ensuring safe, efficient operation through proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and space. The role coordinates all activities within scope and sets priorities to achieve goals.

Responsibilities include directing hourly workers, training, and enforcing quality, safety, and production standards while optimizing labor and equipment usage on a 12-hour night shift (7p–7a) with a 4-on/4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a production environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Internal: Must be an employee in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Directs hourly employees performing various production operations.
• Administers all rules, programs and procedures pertaining to direct reports.
• Responsible for on-the-job training of employees.
• Instructs new or reassigned employees in safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Maintains labor within assigned department levels and reallocates labor to balance workload.
