Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations to meet safety, on-time delivery and cost goals.
• Develop and manage staffing to ensure efficient floor operation.
• Communicate job expectations and coach operators for performance.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom and chemical handling protocols.
• Write/work instructions and oversee training in the production department.
