Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Assembler to perform precision assembly of complex electronic and electro‑mechanical systems. The role requires working with extremely small, high‑tolerance parts under magnification, following schematics and BOMs to produce high‑quality components for test products.

The candidate will train and lead within the assembly team, supporting process improvements and meeting strict tolerances in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser-cutting equipment per documented procedures.
• Assemble polymer membranes onto electronic probe components and manage cure times.
• Perform mechanical attachment of miniature components with screws, adhesives, and alignment tools.
• Read, interpret and follow BOMs, schematics and work instructions.
• Set up and perform testing to validate build specifications and assembly accuracy.
• Collect and analyze SPC data to improve process stability and yield.
