Job summary

Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is seeking a Product Support Associate for the 3rd shift (10:30pm - 7am ET). The role delivers technical subject matter and customer assistance to Global Capital Market clients using the company’s document management, composition, and print workflow systems in a 24/7 environment.

You will gather requirements, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide client training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3rd shift availability: 10:30pm–7:00am ET.
• 5–6 years of admin/operational support or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and set up client accounts on company systems.
• Configure templates to meet client specifications.
• Provide day-to-day system support and resolve data issues; escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Provide client training on system usage and best practices.
• Create general-use guides and client-specific templates.
• Assist with version upgrades and UAT testing as needed.
• Support special projects as assigned.
