Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in trading operations or trade support.
• Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment.
• Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to obtain SIE/Series licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
• Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
• Troubleshoot and expand operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales, to support and enhance the client experience.
• Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows
• Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement
