Job summary

Avery Dennison in the United States is seeking a Tier 1 Digital Support Coordinator to drive the evolution of customer support for print and digital media, including ESL and interactive displays.

The role blends frontline technical troubleshooting with delivering a high-quality client experience, triaging requests, and escalating complex issues as needed. Overnight shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, CS, or similar.
• 3–5 years of related business or technical support experience.
• Experience with Zendesk, SQL, KQL, Application Insights or Databricks is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to overnight shift (5:45 PM–6:00 AM CST) 3 nights/week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound support via email, chat, and phone within SLA.
• Triage tickets to determine Tier 1 resolution or escalation.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting and incident resolution while owning communications.
• Document issues in Zendesk and internal logs; contribute to knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and report to management; perform daily operational tasks.
