Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Green Bay is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to join our direct marketing team on a 12-hour night shift with a rotating schedule. The role includes final quality checks, packaging, shipping verification, and coordination across shifts.

Night shift qualifies for a $3 per hour premium and extensive training is provided for motivated candidates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lift up to 50 lbs, and maintains accurate records

Qualifications

• Experience not required - extensive training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills including addition/subtraction/multiplication/division.
• Ability to read a standard ruler.
• Able to stand for sustained periods.
• Ability to coordinate hand/foot movements to operate staple machine.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final printed products for quality defects and correct errors as needed.
• Pack, band, and sort finished products according to client specs and postal regulations.
• Count trays and bundles on pallets and verify against shipping documents for accuracy.
• Document daily production progress and equipment issues in logs or digital systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and support changing production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
