Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 2nd shift (10 PM–6 AM) with OT as required. The role includes training on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift, with starting pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour plus a $3 shift differential.

You will prepare the press, inspect ink and paper systems, manage paper inventory, monitor run progress, and assist with routine press maintenance while following safety and ISO quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a printing environment preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the press for a run by verifying job specs and setting up the press.
• Inspects fountain solution, inking systems, rolls of paper and related mechanisms.
• Maintains proper inventory of paper and records usage on SPC report.
• Ensures roll of paper is unwrapped, mounted and ready to splice.
• Monitors the flow of paper and installs new rolls as needed.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs to presses.
• May assist with make-readies and adjust inks as required.
• Adheres to safety policies and ISO Quality Manual requirements.
