Job summary

RRD’s Green Bay facility is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant for a 12-hour night shift with a rotating schedule. The role offers a $3 per hour shift premium and involves final checks, packaging, and preparation of high-volume direct mail and marketing materials for distribution.

No experience is required as extensive training is provided. You will ensure quality, accurate counts, and timely handoffs across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Ability to exercise basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read a standard ruler.
• Ability to visually identify and inspect detailed product for defects.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
• Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements to operate staple machine.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final printed products for quality defects and proactively correct errors.
• Pack, band, and sort finished products into batches, mail packets, and onto pallets.
• Count trays and bundles on each pallet and verify against shipping documents for accuracy.
• Document daily production progress and equipment issues in logbooks or digital systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and support changing production needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
