Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a 3rd shift production associate in the United States. The role involves pulling materials, cutting to length with a saw, painting and finishing components, and ensuring conformance to blueprints and quality standards.

Training lasts up to 18 months, with a pay rate not less than $20.80 per hour, plus a $2.75 per hour shift differential. The position is fully on-site with hours 8pm–6am, Sunday night to Wednesday night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Crane operation experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw materials and stick stock according to work order specifications.
• Measure and cut materials to precise lengths using a cut-off saw.
• Verify material dimensions against technical prints and job requirements.
• Perform finishing operations such as painting, boxing, broaching, balancing, and key-seating.
• Ensure all tasks finishing meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area during and after finishing processes.
• Inspect materials and finished components for defects or deviations.
• Use measuring tools to verify tolerances and document inspection results.
• Follow blueprints to complete assigned work orders and track progress in production systems.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines and train on secondary machines.
