Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites applications for a CNC operator responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery in a dedicated cell. The role is fully onsite with shift 8pm–6am Sunday night to Wednesday night, with a $2.75/hr differential for 3rd shift.

Starting pay is at least $23.66/hour, with increases during a training period up to 18 months based on performance. Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED and 6–9 months of on-the-job training; strong attention to detail and ability to read

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6–9 months on-the-job training or vocational program required.
• Experience with CNC setups and operation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines in the assigned cell.
• Transfer commands from servers to CNC modules.
• Mount, align, and secure tooling and workpieces on machines.
• Measure dimensions and verify conformance with specs using precision tools.
• Follow safety standards and participate in Kaizan events.
