Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a skilled Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machines, producing precision parts per drawings. You will adjust tools, verify dimensions, and maintain quality through first/last piece inspections in a busy manufacturing cell.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient operation, 6S housekeeping, and continuous improvement with attention to measurement and GD&T. A HS diploma and machining experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate or AAS in Machining/Manufacturing Technology desired.
• 2+ years CNC/machining experience preferred (setups, speeds/feeds, measurements).

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and adjust machines to meet tolerances and drawings.
• Interpret drawings, instructions, and charts to produce parts.
• Perform first and last piece inspections and maintain quality records.
• Conduct routine PM on equipment and keep 6S in the cell.
• Suggest process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
