Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking personnel for an onsite grinding and finishing role. The position involves preparing castings for finishing, using industrial air tools, and working on a 3rd shift schedule from Sunday to Wednesday (8 pm–6 am) with a $2.75/hr shift differential for eligible associates.

Responsibilities include operating grinders and related equipment, mounting materials, measuring dimensions, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess demonstrated knowledge of English language, including grammar and spelling.
• Safety regulations must be followed and attention to detail is required.
• Ability to work with team leads and teammates to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinders and air tools to grind and finish castings.
• Select and set up production equipment according to specs.
• Move materials with cranes/hoists and monitor controls during operation.
• Inspect finished pieces for conformance to specs and record data.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and keep a clean work area.
