IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our East Troy, WI facility on the 3rd shift. You will operate finishing equipment and help prepare material for storage or shipment, with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate strong general mechanical skills.
• Must be trainable and able to demonstrate acceptable levels of comprehension in inspection processes.
• Needs to be able to use measuring equipment, including micrometers and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment and prepare material for storage or shipment.
• Use measuring equipment, including micrometers and tape measures.
• Set up and operate finishing equipment including straightener, saw, and furnace; perform pickle and passivate operations.
• Evaluate and assist in solving problems associated with quality.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
