The role features a 4‑shift work week starting at 4:45 PM, with three full days off. Expect a salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses and $15/hour appreciation pay, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• A strong sense of urgency and hustle during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift with hands‑on, high‑volume operations.
