Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to own the night shift. You’ll lead from the front, coach a large team, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Work four shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM, with three full days off, and earn $55,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses and $15/hr appreciation pay. Leadership, customer service excellence, and strong team development are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a diverse crew.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume restaurant.
• Manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.
