Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to own the night shift. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume environment, lead from the front, and safeguard guest experience while managing labor, food, and paper costs.

This role features a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, three days off, and pay of $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hour appreciation pay with monthly bonuses based on performance.
