Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to oversee the night shift and drive high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll coach a large team, uphold exceptional customer service, and manage labor, food, and paper costs on the P&L side.

This role offers a 4-day work week with a 4:45 PM start, three full days off weekly, and a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses. Growth opportunities exist based on results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching ability and teamwork building skills.
• Strong communication and motivational leadership for a diverse crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Oversee operations, including labor, food, and paper costs, and control P&L aspects.
• Ensure gold-standard customer service and operational efficiency during the night shift.
