Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week. You will coach a large team, drive performance, and manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.

The role starts at 4:45 PM for four shifts per week, offering 3 full days off and a strong pay packet with performance bonuses. You will earn a base salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hour Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses ranging from $600 to $3,000+ based on sales growth.
