Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants seeks a PM General Manager to lead the night shift with energy and hands-on leadership. You will coach a large team, drive excellent customer service, and manage labor, food, and paper costs while guiding operations from the front.

The role offers a 4-shift week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, and earnings potential of $55,000–$80,000 annually plus $15/hr appreciation pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Proven track record of coaching talent and building winning teams.
• Strong communication skills to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
