Job summary

This PRN night shift role includes rotating weekends and holidays, with duties spanning order entry, result look-up, report generation, and friendly patient interaction. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• Phlebotomist Certification is preferred but not required.
• One-year phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community respectfully.
• Collects all specimens according to procedures and ensures proper processing.
• Identifies patients accurately and matches identity with service to ensure safety.
• Data entry and processing of specimens by labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing as ordered.
