Responsibilities include data entry, result look-up, report generation, and answering calls in a friendly, helpful manner, with travel to off-site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• One year phlebotomy or retail/service customer experience preferred.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous customer service.
• Collect specimens per procedures and ensure proper processing.
• Verify patient identity and match to service.
• Enter data and process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, and freezing.
• Answer phones and support clerical duties as needed.
