Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing and ensure proper processing.
• Enter orders, look up results, generate reports, and answer calls professionally.
• Greet patients and community with excellent customer service.
• Identify patients accurately and match identity with services.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory checks, stock, and phone coverage.
• Troubleshoot problems promptly and support department operations.
