Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staffing management and coordination across units during assigned shifts.
• Collaborates with Transfer Center for patient placement and throughput.
• Responds to emergencies and codes, activates incident command as needed.
• Assists in budget monitoring and expenditure controls.
• Ensures adherence to patient care protocols and quality standards.
• Visits units to assess staffing needs and support caregivers.
