Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and direct nursing care with family-centered focus.
• Provide care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of patients.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional duties within the team.
• Deliver patient-centered care and ensure quality improvement and safety practices.
• Mentor staff and contribute to staff education on clinical topics.
