Job summary

Isola Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the D Shift at our Chandler, AZ location to lead production teams in a PCB laminate manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role with direct Employee responsibility.
• Experience in PCB laminate, specialty materials, chemical processing, electronics materials, or process-oriented manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success leading production teams and achieving safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills across all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze manufacturing data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication of expectations, results and issues.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven with ownership and high standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 6S, root-cause analysis, SPC or related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and on-time shipment targets.
• Monitor production performance and KPIs; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate shift priorities, targets and expectations through shift meetings and feedback.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by integrating safe work practices into daily activities.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce scrap, downtime and improve throughput.
• Lead, coach and develop production employees with regular feedback and training records.
• Ensure effective shift handoffs and alignment on production priorities.
