Job summary

Isola is seeking a C Shift Material Handler at our Chandler, AZ facility. The role involves supplying, staging and storing materials for laminate packaging and supporting fabrication personnel to ensure timely movement of materials for shipment.

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Thursday - Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Overtime and weekend work required. Competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a culture of innovation are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English literacy for safety and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to 12 hours.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Store packaging materials on shelves.
• Maintain organization of shelves; store materials by size and type.
• Stage materials for inspection personnel during the shift.
• Pull materials from storage locations to maintain on-hand inventory in fabrication.
• Operate forklift to move necessary materials.
• Assist other operators to ensure timely shipment of product.
• Use shearing machine to cut down boxes as necessary.
• Empty scrap buckets in appropriate location.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and surfaces.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve the process.
