Job summary

Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a B Shift Breakdown Operator to support lamination prep and breakdown processes. The role involves operating automated breakdown equipment, coordinating materials, and cross-training across A-C level positions in the Press area.

The position runs 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, with every other Saturday overtime. A pre-employment screen and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and SOP documents.
• Experience operating machinery is required.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify work orders and materials.
• Program and operate automated breakdown equipment per customer requirements.
• Inspect material and ensure cuts meet specifications.
• Maintain records for material usage and traceability in SAP.
• Complete Production and Scrap Report documentation.
