Isola Group is seeking a D Shift Manufacturing Specialist for the Laminate department at our Chandler, AZ facility. The role involves performing and cross-training in several skill level A-D positions and supporting 5 core processes including Press, Breakdown, Laminate Packing, Finish Cutting, and Finish Inspection.

Schedule runs 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, Wednesday through Friday, plus every other Saturday, with overtime and extended shifts as required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and support other shifts as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Perform and cross-train in multiple skill level A-D positions in the Laminate department.
• Provide coverage for PTO/absenteeism and labor needs.
• Support additional tasks and projects as dictated by business needs.
