Job summary

You will supervise shift personnel, schedule work, ensure on-time deliveries, and drive continuous improvements. Responsibilities include personnel development, coordinating with HR for hiring, resolving production issues, maintaining quality and safety, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years' technical related experience or equivalent in a manufacturing or design environment.
• Previous experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shift personnel and coordinates daily production.
• Plans and assigns work to meet schedules while ensuring quality and on-time deliveries.
• Identifies problems in product, equipment, quality, safety, or employee relations and resolves or escalates.
• Collaborates with manager to balance workload and review backlog.
• Maintains accurate paperwork and records in a timely manner.
• Promotes a safe, clean, and professional manufacturing environment.
• Mentors personnel with coaching and training.
