Job summary

Isola is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Shift B) for our Chandler, AZ facility. The role focuses on complex troubleshooting and repairs of production line equipment, including mechanical and PLC systems, with preventative maintenance and data documentation.

Schedule is 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM Sunday to Tuesday and every other Saturday; overtime including weekends may be required. Compensation is $30-$34 per hour plus $1.25 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

5 years of industrial maintenance experience on high-volume automated equipment.
Associate degree or 2-year technical school in industrial electrical.
Experience with sensors, switches, motor controls, and PLCs.
Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical wiring standards.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
Inspect machinery, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.
Follow safety protocols and 5S housekeeping.
Assist in training maintenance staff and Lean/Six Sigma projects.
