Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor production personnel and manage resources used in manufacturing packaging solutions. This 12hr D shift (7p-7:30a) requires hands-on leadership to ensure safety, quality and productivity on site.

You will coach and develop team members, uphold our guiding principles, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer specifications are met with timely execution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
