Stormont Vail Health is hiring a Registration Clerk for the third shift. You will greet patients, collect demographics and insurance information, and perform check-in functions in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires excellent customer service and at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. High school diploma or GED is required. This is a full-time, non-exempt position in Kansas.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of patient rights and HIPAA guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
• Register patients including demographics, insurance, visit information.
• Complete check-in and admission functions according to service area.
• Conduct financial discussions including patient estimates and payments.
• Validate patient identity and apply patient safety armbands.
• Assist patients with state required documentation and data entry.
