Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding visitors, answering calls, coordinating directions, and ensuring lobby areas are clean and welcoming. Two-year service experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum two years of consumer advocacy or service experience.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to visitors, families and patients while maintaining confidentiality.
• Facilitate communication between patient, family and hospital staff.
• Act as a patient advocate to investigate concerns and expedite admissions.
• Greet, direct and escort visitors and assist with wheelchairs when necessary.
• Answer multi-line phone and transfer calls to appropriate location.
• Oversee information desks and lobby areas for cleanliness and order.
• Respond to special needs and escalate as required.
